SUV Calculator
UniSyn MI™ features a sophisticated SUV calculator for accurate DICOM parameter correction and storage.

UniSyn MI will display basic statistics like maximum SUV directly on the image when a measurement is made, but if you want to see additional measurements like peak SUV, volume-average SUV or Total Lesion Glycolysis all in one place - it can do that too! The SUV Calculator tool included in UniSyn MI provides a single window which summarizes all of the SUV-related measurements in one place. It also displays any linear measurements that you've generated as part of your assessment as well.
The SUV Calculator is also the place to go if you need to modify any errant DICOM header values used in SUV calculations that may have been stored (or not recorded) in the image files. DICOM attributes like patient weight, height or sex, the administered activity, and the dates/time associated with the scan can be corrected in the SUV Calculator. If such changes occur, we'll also let you save the correct values in the measurements file so that if you or a colleague need to review the measurements that were done, they (you) will not have to re-enter the correct DICOM values when reloading the measurements.
