The 3D Image Math utility supports generating quotient and subtraction images from SPECT data sets. Quotient images can be used to enhance the visual assessment of SPECT ventilation/perfusion studies as they help emphasize lung segments with mismatched defects.
UniSyn's image fusion and registration tools can be used to overlay and align the two datasets prior to a pixel-wise subtraction/division. The resultant images can easily be exported to your database and reloaded for display along with the original SPECT series.
