Automatic lung-lobe segmentation

UniSyn M support automatic lung lobe segmentation powered by the widely used Total Segmentator package. Users may apply this tool to any CT data set. The resultant contours can then be loaded with the lung SPECT/CT study for visualization and regional quantification.

Rapid perfusion/ventilation quantification

After loading the auto-generated lobe contours with a lung V/Q SPECT/CT study, UniSyn MI can quickly generate the uptake and volume statistics for each of the lung lobes and display them in our easy-to-read Lung Stats window. UniSyn MI also includes tools to modify the the AI generated contours, if necessary.
